Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WapiBotix, we value your business and aim to provide a high-performance WhatsApp Automation experience. Since we deal with digital subscriptions and API services, our refund policy is designed to be fair, fast, and transparent.
1. 48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
If you face any technical issues or are unsatisfied with our platform, you are eligible to request a refund within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of your successful subscription payment.
Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
Strict Deadline: No refund requests will be entertained after the 48-hour window has passed, as the digital resources and API access are fully provisioned by then.
2. Meta Conversation Charges (Non-Refundable)
WapiBotix operates on a 0% Markup Model for official Meta charges.
Any amount paid directly to Meta (WhatsApp) via your linked Credit/Debit card for conversation charges is 100% Non-Refundable by us.
These transactions happen between you and Meta; WapiBotix has no control over these funds.
3. Refund Eligibility & Deductions
Refunds are only applicable to the Platform Subscription Fee.
A standard gateway processing fee (approx. 3-5%) and any applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will not be provided if your WhatsApp account is banned or suspended by Meta for violating their Commerce or Spam policies.
4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your WapiBotix dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly), and no further charges will be applied.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days, as per standard banking procedures.
