Welcome to WapiBotix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of Service
WapiBotix provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that facilitates the use of the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We act as a technology provider to help you manage your business communication and automation.
2. Meta’s Policy Compliance
Users must strictly follow the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and Meta Advertising Policies.
WapiBotix is not responsible if your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is suspended or banned by Meta due to the transmission of prohibited content (e.g., spam, adult content, or unauthorized marketing).
3. Billing & Payment Transparency
Platform Fees: You agree to pay WapiBotix the subscription fees for the chosen plan (Monthly or Yearly).
Meta Conversation Charges: For per-message costs, users must link their own Credit/Debit card directly to the Meta Business Manager.
0% Markup: WapiBotix does not add any extra margin on Meta’s actual conversation rates. You pay Meta directly for what you use.
4. Setup and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Setup assistance provided by WapiBotix (10-minute setup) requires accurate information from the user's end regarding their Facebook Business Manager and Meta assets.
5. Limitation of Liability
WapiBotix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Technical glitches from Meta’s server.
Incorrect API configuration by the user.
Loss of data or business due to account suspension by Meta.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or use the platform for illegal activities.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Your data security is our priority. We do not sell your data. All message logs and customer information processed through our platform are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
