1. Official WhatsApp API Relationship
WapiBotix is a technology service provider that facilitates access to the Official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta). We are not an official part of Meta Inc. or WhatsApp Inc. Our platform acts as an interface to manage and automate your business communications via Meta’s infrastructure.
2. WhatsApp Account Suspension & Bans
WapiBotix does not guarantee that your WhatsApp account will not be banned or suspended by Meta.
Compliance with WhatsApp’s Commerce and Business Policies is solely the user's responsibility.
We shall not be held liable for any loss of data, business, or communication access if Meta suspends your account due to spamming, unauthorized content, or policy violations.
3. Messaging Costs & Billing
All per-message conversation charges are determined and billed directly by Meta.
WapiBotix has no control over Meta’s pricing changes, currency fluctuations, or billing errors.
Our 0% Markup policy means we do not add any additional fees to Meta's costs, and we are not responsible for any disputes between the user and Meta regarding message billing.
4. Service Availability & Third-Party Outages
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, WapiBotix is dependent on third-party infrastructure (Meta’s API servers, Hosting providers, and Internet services).
We are not liable for any service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by Meta’s server outages or technical updates.
5. Results & Performance
WapiBotix provides the tools for marketing and automation, but we do not guarantee any specific business results, conversion rates, or sales growth. Success depends on how you manage your campaigns and the quality of your customer engagement.
6. Technical Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the platform is bug-free and secure. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be 100% error-free or that any defects will be corrected immediately, although we offer technical support to resolve issues as they arise.
